  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your edited document, providing specific examples of areas that did not meet your expectations.

  Our senior editorial board will review your original requirements against the delivered file to determine if the service standards were upheld.

  Complimentary Revision

  If discrepancies are found, we will first offer a priority re-edit by a different specialist to align the document with your initial instructions at no extra cost.

  Resolution and Refund
