Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our professional document services.
What is the difference between proofreading and editing?
Proofreading focuses on correcting surface-level errors such as typos, grammar, and punctuation. Editing is more comprehensive, improving sentence structure, clarity, tone, and overall flow of your document.
How do I receive my edited files?
Once our editors have completed your request, you will receive an email notification. You can download the 'Track Changes' version and the 'Clean' version directly from your customer dashboard.
What is your standard turnaround time?
We offer flexible deadlines ranging from express 24-hour delivery to standard 7-day windows, depending on the word count and complexity of your project.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, we offer one free round of revisions to ensure the document meets your specific requirements and academic or professional standards.
Which file formats do you accept?
We primarily work with Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx) to utilize the Track Changes feature, but we also accept PDFs, Google Docs, and LaTeX files upon request.
Is my data and intellectual property secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all file transfers, and our editors are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure your work remains confidential.
